Regional Festival: Not Afraid to Be A Fool

    We have to be willing to be a fool and not always try to be a wise guy. We could almost say that being willing to be a fool is one of the first wisdoms.

    You are invited to our Regional Festival: "Not Afraid to Be a Fool" including a ceremony with Jane Arthur, Shambhala's leader of the pillar of governance, to acknowledge the launch of Northern California Shambhala, Inc., followed by an afternoon of fun and celebration for members, friends and the whole family.  
    The tentative schedule includes:
    2-3: Inauguration of Northern California Shambhala, Inc. (NCSI) with ceremonial signing of charters by all centers and talk by Ms. Arthur
    3-5: Festival: various playful and family-friendly activities, including music, art, creation of presentations by each center with local flavor, NCSI song/dance (think YMCA for NCSI), NCSI bling design contest, singing circle and more 
    5-6: Harvest: presenting the riches of the Festival
    6-7:30: Dance music and karaoke
    7:30: Clean Up Party 
    8: Close
    Please bring: party food and drink to share and your own plate/utensils/cup
