Nyinthün, or days of practice, were created by Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche and continue with Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche as a way for people living in the world with families and jobs to have an ongoing spiritual path that deepens over time.

A nyinthün is a day-long retreat. It is a great way to learn meditation or to deepen and energize your practice. The nyinthün is open to all meditators of any tradition or experience level.

The day-long retreat will include basic meditation instruction, sitting and walking meditation, concluding with an open discussion on meditation practice led by senior teacher Jesse Miller.

A light breakfast and hearty afternoon tea will be served.

12-1:30  Lunch (options: brownbag, potluck, or bring lunch money)

1:30-3:30  Resume sitting & walking practice

3:30-4:00  Tea and refreshments
