Help Build Tiny Homes with Youth Spirit Artworks!

    Local non-profit Youth Spirit Artworks (YSA) is in the process of building the nation’s first Tiny Homes Village for unhoused youth on a site in Oakland.

    The Berkeley Shambhala Center has been invited to join a team of interfaith volunteers who will be helping to build fourteen homes over the course of three weekends in August and September.

    If you are interested in a joining the build team please register and specify in the notes which weekend(s) or days you will be joining. It is possible to join for one day, or some part of.

    We also need sign-ups to bring food & refreshments for the volunteer teams!
